Obama to Centralize Democratic Party Strategy

I guess that means that the Obama camp didn’t really take-over the DNC in 2009. Also no more front porch campaigning:

At the moment, this reads like a concerted effort to mobilize core Democrats at the expense of allowing local heterogeneity.
