It seems like a pretty old and group and I can’t really see the infielders getting paid very much. I suspect that Bay and Holliday end up getting paid very well as the only real candidates for future all-star games, crumby economy or not.
The list really highlights how special it is when a Alex Rodriguez hits the open market in his mid-20s or even a Carlos Beltran in his late-20s.
Also is this evidence that teams are being more aggressive in signing their own players while exploiting their risk-aversion and the six year delay until free agency?
