Or that Springsteen himself endorsed the band with a three-song appearance that endearingly placed him outside the comfort zone of the E Street Band, forcing a fiercer “Glory Days” guitar duel than Little Steven or Nils Lofgren typically provide. The rest of Phish’s 6+ hours over two days is probably irrelevant to most readers here, but suffice it to say, it made a lot of people happy.”
